Could it be true?
Looks like science is growing to prove it maybe possible.
I have always believed that every body has “it’s weight” but take this comment in context…..you can fool that statement if you don’t eat in moderation or healthy. Also living a healthy lifestyle with fresh foods and exercise is a must. All that said read the attached link and understand that there is a science to our body and what fuel is best aligned for it.
