Seasons in the Park – Queen Elizabeth park to be exact.
If you have a special occasion with either your sweetie or a business partner this wonderful restaurant should be on your list.
Executive Chef Dennis Peckham

The Sequoia Company of Restaurants is thrilled to welcome Dennis Peckham as the new Executive Chef at Seasons in the Park, just in time for the completion of their restaurant renovations and exciting menu changes.

Dennis’ impressive resume includes formal training at a number of renowned fine dining establishments, including Lumiere and West here in Vancouver, French Laundry in California, and Alinea in Chicago.

After establishing himself as a talented and promising chef, Dennis took on Executive Chef roles at Hart House Restaurant, Coast Restaurant, and most recently he opened and led the kitchen in Vancouver’s newest steak house, Black & Blue.

Dennis is looking forward to working in the newly renovated and improved kitchen at Seasons in the Park, with their strong, experienced team of chefs.

As a natural leader in the culinary field, Dennis steps into his role as Executive Chef with ease and enthusiasm, and is warmly welcomed by his team of sous chefs and managers at Seasons in the Park.

My wife and I went for our anniversary dinner and were seated at a table with a view second to none.
The service staff were friendly and knowledgable and though attentive, not smothering.
The view! :

The wine list is ample and the menu items fresh and lively with flavors.
Each plate that we had was the right balance of flavor, acidity and balance.
Our finish:
